You will only get more power over stock when the recirculating valve closes.. This is only dependent on throttle position. NOT RPM.. I don't know what % of throttle will start to close the bypass valve and boost will be generated (maybe around 1/4 to 1/5). You CAN build boost at idle. but you don't have to.. that is the point i am trying to make..

This explains exactly why I feel what I would call a "hesitation" around 3k under 1/4 and increasing throttle input. It has to be the bypass valve closing and going into boost. I know it's not the tune....delicious tuning is excellent.

I am tuned by delicious as well. I don't have much of a hesitation at all. But it might have something to do with it. Make sure you have the most recent tune by him. The intercooler may help because it displaces some of the volume that would need to be compressed.

^^ I had this issue for the longest time. Revised ROM from Toni at FA20club took care of it now. Car down low drives like it did stock.

While a well dialed in tune can help, I'm not sure it will always be the fix for such issues. Believe me, I don't need a lesson 101 from you about a twin-screw lysholm positive displacement compressor or any forced induction methodology. If I did, I would have asked so don't be so flippant in your response.
My, a bit touchy aren't we? Lol

I bought a flowmaster cat-back and will install and hit the dyno (hopefully before the weekend).

For those interested in the boost plot, this is on e85 with the 72.5mm pulley (intercooled)

72.5mm gave me 10.8psi on 91oct. So the kits are performing pretty much on par

@NickFRS -- when Bobby retuned your car did they charge you for the dyno time? He just put a new tune into my car, but they didn't throw the car on the dyno after... which seems really strange to me.

Again! WARNING on those supplied bolts. Opened my hood to check my coolant level and two of the bolts broke. The tops just came right off. They were properly torqued.

Ouch! They should be supplying those higher grade bolts with the black oxide finish at a minimum. Thermal change and vibration must be too much.

I have two that broke off as well. In fact, one of them is the same bolt you had snap.

Let me know how successful you are extracting the bolt. I've been putting off extracting them.

I mentioned this problem awhile back, got told I over tightened.

I replaced all the bolts with black high tensile as Boxer 486 picture. Especially the pulley nuts, which I've snapped 2 with changing pulleys.

My mechanic used a hex head, knocked into the broken bolt and came out easy.

Also FWIW, I tried to merge two logs I captured from EcuTek on some pulls with the 72.5mm (intercooled) and the 75mm (non-intercooled), take it with a grain of salt:
