Lightbulb POST YOUR ACCELERATION VIDEOS

This is something that I feel like is missing from alot of the content on this forum. We have Dyno numbers aplenty, but I would love to have people make a brief list of performance mods and post up a 0-60+ acceleration video for comparison!

I'll start:
Ultimate NA Build:
-OFH UEL Header
-Zeta Performance Inlet Hose
-Perrin CAI
-E85 OTS 2.063 Stage 2 Tune
-Weir Performance 4.56 Final Drive swap
-17x9 RPF1 w/sticky tires
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=occuNSTlkIo"]UEL E85, 4.56 FD swap 0-80MPH - YouTube[/ame]

Header, tune, E85. Imho most of acceleration improvement came from 4.56 FD, no?

It certainly helped, but I would say the Tune+E85 was the most contributing factor. Everything is smoother

OP do you have an estimate of your top speed with the higher gearing? Im guessing not a big difference from stock. As my second gear tops at 61 or 62 mph and yours is 52mph. your gearing is perfect for tracking @Aztec

Thanks man! The entire car revs quite quickly throughout the rpms, I think the 4.56 ratio is perfect balance between DD and performance. About a 10% increase in RPMS and torque applied to the wheels.

Top speed is about 115 or 120 mph in 6th I believe.

Did you mean 5th or is this power limited? I have almost the same mods minus the 4.56 and it pulls pretty well until 6th, which I shift to around 130mph. It still pulls in 6th, just slowly.

IIRC 6th is not just slowest accelerating but also in ecu max speed limited. Don't know though if it's 'max rpm-s @6th' limit or 'max speed by wheels rpm'. In later case max speed should be same, in former - slower with different FD.

I meant 5th, I'm honestly not sure. I don't care about over 115mph honestly. No purpose on most tracks, I care more about torque, so the shorter ratio at 4.56 is perfect; especially on coming out of a corner at 5k rpms
