I wondered how bad my toe would be after installing. Would I shred my tires driving down to you?

I probably should have gotten some alignment tools last month now that you mention it...

I've always had an irrational fear of alignment. I still pay for that service.

I'm sure Garth doesn't remember me but he's been my go-to for years.

Toe plates still depend on the tires being a good stable measure... make sure they're the same pressure and no bulges and...

Front toe is easy. Takes me 2hrs to do the back alignment, takes me 15 minutes to do to and camber up front. I do a string box.

It's a struggle! I'm as anxious as an expectant father whenever my stuff is on someone else's lift.

Front camber doesn't effect toe that much. Should be okay, I'd do a quick drive around the block to verify. The rear is a PITA as @cjd mentioned since ride height, toe, and camber all effect each other to varying degrees. The hardest part about the front is making sure you keep the steering wheel straight.

Honestly, building a string box is probably better like @cjd shows in his picture. Toe plates are a bit affected by tire bulge with the car sitting on the ground. With a string box you can measure to the wheel. Camber gauge is a must if you plan on messing with your settings a bunch. I usually set mine at the start of the year and check it periodically or if I have an off or a big curb strike.

From my experience, for the trans, Redline MT-90 is the way to go. I know Ultra runs the same. Motul is shit in colder climates, I know a lot of people recommend it but I did not like it at all.

I replaced my fluids when I first got the car, with 13K miles. Maybe I drove it for around 1k before I started replacing stuff (fluids, mounts). I went with MOTUL and I gotta say that while it did improve the shifting in some areas, cold months are a pain. A weighted shift knob helped a little but still. I want to go a different route and Im open to try either AMSOIL or Redline. AMSOIL would cost around $115 and RL around $100, so I wouldn't mind either or.

The other thing is that AMSOIL comes with the Easy packs that would make the fill easier, whereas R.L I would have to use some sort of pump, judging by the pictures. Not a big deal overall.
