Exclamation Tail Fuse keeps blowing

My taillight DRL and plate light randomly stopped working. The 10a Fuse (#4 TAIL) keeps blowing. The brake lights and turn signals still work. I've tried unplugging the tail lights,4th brake, plate lights, and headlights but the fuse is still blowing. The DRL works for a split second and then the fuse pops. I checked for any damaged wiring or loose grounds in the trunk area but I cant find anything. I'm having a hard time finding the short and was wondering if you guys experienced the same or can point me in a better direction.

I was also wondering if I can bypass the #4 Tail fuse by splicing the DRL wire to some other constant 12v wire so that I can at least be able to drive the car at night.

Any help is appreciated!

I have Valenti 60-1412 tail lights with the matching 4th brake light.
Side note I don't have the front side markers plugged in, not sure if that's tied to Fuse #4

If you've unplugged all the light housing harnesses that are controlled by that fuse, that would mean there's a shorted wire somewhere else in the vehicle. I would start wherever mods were added, something likely got pinched.

That seems to be it. Do you think it would be possible to directly wire the drl to something like the turn signal, bypassing the fuse#4?

just stick a wire in the fuse and let it burn.
