Cheers for the Stg 2 98 tune Wayno! Removed the CEL and also seems to have removed my loud exhaust bark at startup.

Amazing Stg2 UEL E85 tune Wayno!

It's a complete night and day difference compared to the OTS Stg1 EL E85 tune running on the stock header. I highly recommend it if you are even thinking of going Stg2 on the OFT platform.

I'm trying to understand RomRaider, so you only can edit your file that matches up the CAL to your BRZ/FRS like Stg 2 EL D00D? That is currently my CAL for OFT. Appreciate if anyone can clarify that for me.

Updated.

FINALLY have AFR's that resemble the tune on a MT, meaning it will finally make the power it's supposed to.

Your ROM is a block of hex data that contains the program instructions and the tune table data required for the ecu to run your car

A definition file is an index into the ROM , it defines where the most used tune tables are, their are many tables that have not been discovered.

You need different definition for each rom as the tables are in different positions in each ROM. The romraider guys have to reverse engineer the positions of these tables.

Romraider is a ROM editor that uses definition files to allow you to edit and copy ROM tables.

If you have both roms and both definitions you can transfers the tunes data from one rom to another by opening both in romraier and copying tables between roms

Added US MT rom to first post.

It's the same changes as AT including load limits. Only the MAF scale is different.

Would be great if people with MT could test out the load limits, particularly to see if more power is produced at 2500-4000 rpm during WOT.

What to log:

Engine Speed (rpm)
Throttle (percent)
MAF Voltage (volts)
Engine Load (g/rev)
Ignition Advance / Total Timing (degrees)
AFR
Commanded AFR / Target AFR
STFT (percent)
LTFT (percent)
Oil Temp (F)
Fuel Sys Status (2 = CL, 4 = OL)
IAT / Intake Air Temp (F)
Advance Multiplier
FLKC / Fine Learning Knock Correction (degrees)

Wayno, dont you have some A00G MT rom ready to try?
I actually feel myself as dumbass with all those digits so i even cannot scale my MAF due to some unknown reason (i assume there is something wrong with computer codes... or with my hands) - just cant load log into vgi maf scaling utility.
But i can log it anyway.

Make sure you have latest version of vgi tool

When you edit out those lines in excell make sure you save file as a csv ie comma separated variable and not in Xls or excel format

So don't i need to divide columns (comma separated) prior loading into vgi?
My vgi tool is surely latest.
