You need to get it replaced again. I've been told by the shop foreman at the dealership I go to that the new ones are different. They don't change the part number so the old stock gets used up, even if it means some people coming in twice.
No no... I had the pump that was on my car from day 1 replaced last week. I have the new part number fuel pump installed and its chirping worse than my old pump. I posted the paperwork a few pages ago showing it. It did not work for me. It's 74 degrees today so it's finally warmed up. Time to see if the chirps traded temperatures, but I bet not.

Damn! If it works the way it was explained to me, you might have gotten a leftover original style. I'm crossing my fingers that mine doesn't start chirping. I'm loving the quiet.

Edit: Wait, new part number? I was of the understanding that they didn't change the number.
Distinct possibility that I have no clue what I'm talking about. I hate it when that happens.

Latest TSB has a new part number which the guy had installed, or at least the work order has the new part number.

The new part is no different mechanically, they just added some insulation to quiet the sound which means the chirps still happen, they're just harder to hear.

Very firmly sitting on the side of 'it's not a "problem" it's just a noise' especially after my chirps went away just before it got really hot, been quiet ever since.

Edit: Here's the link for the Scion TSB:

Subaru: Highlighted yellow indicates a change from prior revisions, you can find the original pump number yourself if you wish.

I have the new Scion part number high pressure fuel pump installed, and today the crickets returned. Not cool. They are not as loud, and they seem to be a little more intermitent, but they are back.

Sorry it took so long to reply. I'm on week what... 3 or 4 of the swap, and just over 2000 miles (live in Orlando, got sent to Miami for work for the next few weeks, but have been driving home to see the wife/kid and lots of other errands/driving).

Still no crickets. I basically forget about them altogether.

I've been checking into the issue with the fuel pump myself and so far its on a backorder with no ETA. I'm thinking they wont release anymore SU003-05176 pumps until they correct the problem for sure next time. I canceled mine after hearing what's been happening with FR-S Matt's pump. Hope to talk to the higher ups on it pretty soon as they stop by my dealership alot to speak with our managers.

200 miles so far no crickets. Crossing my fingers. Some have luck on the new pumps could it be a technicians fault? For not doing the job right.
