Not the first and at least this one is literate. Doesn't impact my friend to foe ratio by more than a small percentage point so I can manage.

Yes, yes they can! But, that should be able to be determined by the context in which they are used. Every word written is not in anger but some guys seem to read it all that way. I can not try to tailor everything I write to attempt to please all the angst ridden, angry souls out there so they can interpret things how they wish. The more reasonable people will understand that not all words are written in anger.
