I will be getting it on my local dyno in the coming weeks. I don't like the oh so popular Subaru "virtual dyno"s that all the open source tuners seem to love.

@Alhammadi, dude, you live is Qatar! I would get a larger radiator if I left the car stock. I spent about 7 months in that part of the world a few years ago. I still remember being in a Carrefour and seeing down filled winter jackets. I asked the girl working that section why they had them and she told me the winters get cold there. o_O I asked how cold it got and she told me "It got down to 17 degrees last year." She was surprised when I didn't think that was cold... That area is WAY too hot for me. :happy0180:
Dude, you live in Sunnyvale!

The power delivery is smoother and boost comes on earlier. It'll probably the exhaust setup of choice for most turbo setups once the word gets out.

I too don't like the current 3" designs (Full Blown and PTuning)... BTW the J2 pipe is $100 shipped... and, as stated before, it's a 2.75" pipe which is perfect for the evo3 (refer to my thread to see pics). I coated it with exhaust paint to hopefully combat any rusting issues. If the pipe does indeed "fail".. I plan to make a call to MotivConcepts to make me a custom pipe to replace it.
We can make you a 2.75 inch test pipe anytime you're ready bud!

Dyno time on a Dynojet with boost and AFR logging capabilities has been sceheduled for Monday April 1st at 3:30 pm. Dyno sheets and videos to follow. Time to see what a Full Blown kit @ 14 psi on 93 octane can do backed up by a Visconti tune.

Hopefully not blow up haha. I didn't think we could go that high with the boost on 93 with this compression. The progress tuning has made with this car already is awesome.

Yeah I'm thinking at 14psi on 93 you'll either pull a ton of timing or blow up, but who knows?

It always can't be done, until somebody does it...

Initially the car would not be able to handle 5 psi of boost because of compression, then it would blow up at 12 even on E85. Then at 20 psi the internals would not hold up....

Still waiting for the first stock motor to blow up.. (Crawford blew their built motor, JDL's wastegate didn't open).

How much would you consider a ton?

Not sure. I'd imagine you'd reach a point where you negate the extra boost.
