Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread

On your throttle position it doesn't go to 100 %? @KoolBRZ

He hasn't stopped selling them. He keeps innovating them, and some weird reason people are turned off by that.

I think they're hoping that instead of spending time innovating them he could be building more. Although this is obviously limited by supply.

In the Procede software, with the power on, the blue box sits at 20%. When I put it to the floor, it stops at 80%. Take my foot off the pedal, 20%. Push it to the floor and hold it, 80%. My OFT reads from 0% to 86% however, so something's not right.

Last edited by KoolBRZ; 08-06-2015 at 12:46 PM. Reason: Just checked it again. OFT reads 86% at full throttle

Sounds like the Procede is not reading the throttle position correctly. I suggest emailing or contacting shiv.

My bad. OFT throttle means throttle plate, not throttle pedal. I switched it to view accelerater pedal instead.

There are actually about 40 ft86s running this kit currently. Some people are obviously alot more active than others on the forum

Alot of people have the system and it just plan works so they just keep boosting.

This haven't been updated in a while, but there has been at least 30 owner's running this kit by the end of 2014: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1765486

While I'm at it, if you own this kit but haven't added yourself to the owner's spreadsheet yet, do so here! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...Hic/edit#gid=0

Yes this. Typically in engineering there is some "pens down" design freeze. In this case its like a hobby. I guess Rob isn't so much interested in making money and would rather tinker. Nothing wrong with that but this thread seems now limited to 5 people everyone else just reads as they can't relate.

I sound bitter lol.

I added a column for Procede/Foot switch/Partial Throttle Switch.

He hasn't stopped making them though. Also the Miata guys are getting some too.

And this is a side project for Rob, and he wants to see how far he can push this system at its current design. Im betting that the Stealth Phantom may be the limit of what the controller, our alternators, and what the batteries can handle.
