It does not come with it, but it is not expensive or hard to get one.

I am working with a big company to try and offer a solution. The reflective gold tape that you can apply easily doesn't reflect enough heat. I will have a cost effective solution for your pan that is easy to install. It is going to take approx 30 days to get the kit ready.

Ceramic is the only way to go.

It turns out PSR were the ones who requested that the slip retainer be moved above so that the headers don't require bash plate modification.

Yes, and not a wide one, a narrow one.

I'm installing mine tonight -- But i've heard that UEL headers just tend to produce this whooshing sound. Probably normal.

Yeah, I also checked for leaks on the day I installed & found no leak, but I was just curious if I'm the only one or not. Lol

^Correct
This is my uneducated understanding, rust is a product of the steel/material returning to it's natural state. Depending on the type of material, conditions, humidity etc. will determine how fast and when the process begins to take effect. Protective coatings, paint, and such just prolong the inevitable. Besides poor corrosion prevention practices this is why you see rust under paint.
