The repair is easy. Pull the wheel, dismount the brake caliper, use a zip tie or wire to suspend it to keep strain off of the brake line or shove the caliper someplace so it isn't hanging. If enough of the lug is left, than a good whack with a ballpeen should do it, otherwise, use a punch. Weasel the broken lug out and weasel the new lug in. Use a bunch of flat washers and a nut to set the lug. Easy-peasy.
Fronts aren't too bad, provided you have the right hammer or press to get the studs out. They can be stuck in there pretty good.

Rears could be more trouble, since it would be really difficult to put the lugs in without removing the hub (people who do it on other Subarus usually grind down the stud heads to get them to fit). Taking off the hub to do it right will probably require a good impact wrench to get the axle nut off. (I couldn't get mine off with a four foot cheater bar) You'll also need new axle nuts to put back on, since they're not supposed to be reused (it's a cheap part).

I got tired of breaking wheel studs (especially right before an autocross) and took my car to Goodspeed to have all of them replaced with ARP studs. There's a huge difference now in how easily the lug nuts thread on, it makes me realize how crappy the stock ones are.

You could probably take the car to almost any shop, but Goodspeed's price for the work was actually really good and I wanted someone I could trust since the job involves a bit of hammering on the car.

So Eric at LM can't find the right green I'm going for. So I thought I would make a thread to see if anyone comes across anything.

Eric ordered me more carbon fiber vinyl. I'm doing a couple more small pieces.

Give a call to visual impact graphics in mesa I have no idea if they have it but they seem to be the cheapest around encase they have it.

Last time I talked to Visual Impact I got the impression that they don't deal with many wrap type vinyls. Smart wrap would probably be a good place to start, but they are pricier.

I've seen them wrapping a van but no idea if they would be willing to wrap a little car but if they can get it they will probably sell the vinyl dirt cheap if he could talk lm into installing it for him.

Yea Eric said that if I found the material he would still install it for me. We will see if I can find it and for how much. This will probably come down to cost as well. Eric said he would install it but his price isn't exactly dirt cheap, but I know he does a good job as well.

You do not need to take the hub off, I snaked the old one out through and opening in the hub, and worked the new one through the same hole.

That is the way I have always done it. The extra five minutes working them in place is easier than pulling it all apart in my opinion

Kevin's co-driver Elliott was working with them the last time I went over there. It only last about 10min in the car so not worth it unless you really just want to be able to say you drove one. I was there so Elliott could drive my car and give me feedback on my suspension.

Thanks for all your input everyone!
I just ordered some studs from the dealership for now until I have time to replace all of the studs with some ARP ones. The more I look into it, I think I'll give replacing them myself a shot
