Car looks awesome by the way!
Thanks! Yea the older calipers were a definite no-go. The brand new ones I was able to remove all but one of the allen plugs by hand and then used a torch to heat and unscrew. Not an easy job if you have older/heavily used calipers however!

I really like the caliper. They look great!!

Did you notice any kind of change in the brake bias with these calipers?

I haven't tracked them so no. Under super hard (sudden stop/trip abs) braking you can feel the back end get a little squirmy. I'm sure better tires would help tho

Brake bleeder plugs

I was forced to cap the bleeder with a brass screw-head to keep from leaking brake fluid. I Installed the calipers and equipment and it is still leaking. Before this weekend I thought this installation would be relatively easy, but now I am starting to reconsider. Complication after complication has made this process ridiculous.

Most likely going to have to go back to the stock setup and get a new brembo caliper to replace the ruined one.
Did you buy new plugs when you swapped the bleeder position? If so? Where and which plugs did you buy? I'm having a hard time locationing the correct plugs.

The first time when I tried the swap and ruined the 1st set of calipers I bought new bleeders and used those to cap the ends since I drilled through the allen plugs.

Second time I did the swap I used brand new calipers and with some heat I was able to remove the allen plugs and swap them with the bleeder plugs without problems.

Like you I tried to buy allen plugs but they are not available anywhere.

What's up. Yes, I did. They were included with the HnR kit. They seemed short but I got about 6 1/2 turns out of em. I'm lookin at going bigger to 5mm front and 15mm rear. Btw... Bought some black mirror covers. Thanks for your help!
