That being said file a dispute with Paypal immediately and they can't spend your money until the dispute is resolved. Credit card companies also give you the ability to protect your purchases if you paid with cc.
It's not even worth it. It's obv this guy is irrational when it comes to making any thoughts. Look at the previous items he's purchased and how they have turned out

so again i should be just perfectly happy i have recieved shit parts and let the vendor skate on this.
as far as i am concerned these guy are just another FA20Club at this point.

they should have no choice but to make it right. i shouldnt have wait for them to step up or file a paypal dispute to get it rectified.
if the box it came in looked like they gave a shit or they insured a 3200.00 purchase for more than 50.00 dollars i might have given them a fair shot but what i recieved clearly shows a who cares about the customer attitude.

(Even though I haven't spoken to them yet, they don't even know it showed up like this) i shouldnt have wait for them to step up (they should have esp and be able to see the shipped product) or file a paypal dispute (that would take 2 minutes of my time, the same amount of time it took to post this) to get it rectified.

There really isn't a whole lot of excuse for a vendor to package up an item like shit.

Op has every right to be pissed. They fucked him, selling something they chances are got at cost, wrote off as a business expense, abused, then turned over for a profit without even taking the time to box up right.

The kit can be had for a shade over $3500 new on at least one site after coupon. If he paid the listed $3200they didn't even bother to pepper his angus.

How was the packaging? It looks like everything was sliding around in the box from some of the damage pics......

Did the supercharger have the "PLUG" installed and not the "VENT" installed? When you receive the supercharger from vortech the vent plug is separate and you need to remove a solid blank plug and install the vented plug. If it was shipped with the vent installed the oil could easily leak out everywhere.

Open the other box and take pictures during the process, it really sounds like a shipping/packaging issue.

When did you receive the unit and try to initially contact them?

I wouldn't be happy with the condition of those parts either. Chase Bays seems like a good vendor though, hopefully they'll make this right.

i received it yesterday and started attempting contact immediately.
i havent looked at the plug to see wich one was in it. judging by the mess i would say its the vent.
i havent opened the other box because i want it to go back exactly as it came so they cant blame me.

I would give them until mid-normal business hours today (noonish) before going completely ballistic. Did you get shipping insurance?

That's terrible, shoot when I sold my oft tablet I made sure to insure it for at least $500 just in case. The supercharger is clearly worth much more than that. That is messed up on chase Bays part for only insuring it for $50 what cheap asses.. good luck and I hope it all gets resolved quickly.
