Absolutely not. What you received is unacceptable.

It's time to start working with Chase Bays to come to a resolution.

Good luck.

I am seeing it how you are. Just waiting on ChaseBays now to step in and do whatever they have to do to make you, the customer, happy again.

No, I'm not protecting nor defending the vendor. Heck, I've never even purchased a single item from this vendor.

Even if the supercharger was still on the car, it doesn't mean you couldn't ask for detailed info on a kit that you're about to throw $3500 on. After all, it isn't cheap even at that price.

If I were you, I would've asked for those photos before they were shipped out or even before I paid the vendor for them.

But yeah, I also feel that Chase Bays should have fully disclosed the condition of the said kit in detail... to prevent something like this to happen.

the only thing I have learned on this site so far is to never trust a vendor. I guess I should have asked for a ridiculous amount of pics through out the process.
since I wouldn't sell junk I just assume a vendor who wants to make money here wouldn't either.

THIS. I am not defending the vendor either, but you cannot hold someone else accountable unless you cover your own ass in a situation with expensive USED items.

Did you just receive it today? I'd say the best thing you can do at the moment is try and wait for their response. Since you've brought this to their attention, I'm sure they're try to reach out to you for a resolution.

Good luck!

yea tbh, I would delete your posts up until now. They would not like the negative media you are drawing to them and may make it more difficult for them to quickly take care of the issue

I am not going to sugar coat it for them.

That's pretty messed up. Wow.

I would be pissed even if I bought something for $35 and showed up like that.

Honestly you're not being fair to the vendor considering you haven't even talked to them yet. They may be perfectly willing to accept a return of the purchase. Dragging them through the mud on the forums doesn't help resolve the issue in any way.

That being said file a dispute with Paypal immediately and they can't spend your money until the dispute is resolved. Credit card companies also give you the ability to protect your purchases if you paid with cc.
