Even if the supercharger was still on the car, it doesn't mean you couldn't ask for detailed info on a kit that you're about to throw $3500 on. After all, it isn't cheap even at that price.

the only thing I have learned on this site so far is to never trust a vendor. I guess I should have asked for a ridiculous amount of pics through out the process.
since I wouldn't sell junk I just assume a vendor who wants to make money here wouldn't either.

Honestly you're not being fair to the vendor considering you haven't even talked to them yet. They may be perfectly willing to accept a return of the purchase. Dragging them through the mud on the forums doesn't help resolve the issue in any way.

That being said file a dispute with Paypal immediately and they can't spend your money until the dispute is resolved. Credit card companies also give you the ability to protect your purchases if you paid with cc.
