so win win win all around. It will soon be headed towards 400WHP and all suspension and brake mods to make it my soon to be favorite track car.
My history is similar going from 350Z to Modified Evo X (approx 380hp) to FR-S. the gas mileage, responsiveness and seating comfort don't make it feel like a downgrade at all.

Came from a G35 coupe. Not exactly that high in power, but it was more than the BRZ. I do miss the power sometimes on the highway, but the BRZ handles so much better and I'm very happy at the pumps.

It actually feels like a big, even more powerful Z06 (which I had a lot of seat time in as well).
Doesn't turning the nannies off defeat the purpose of the GT-R? Without torque vectoring, it's a boat with a big engine.

I suppose I'm not surprised by the number of Subaru guys going to the 86. I am, however, surprised by the number of Evo guys coming over.

How is the EVO trunk so small? Subs in it or something?

I had a mini cooper 114hp then wanted more HP so got an STi. Built it up to about 400hp. Always needed something, ended up blowing the motor. Got the BRZ and loving it, back to momentum car is great fun, dont miss the power at all.

But still have my 580whp (w/ NOS) ZR-1 Vette for high-HP fix.
It is good to see more GT-R enthusiasts on the boards. I will be purchasing a BRZ in the fall... I am keeping the GT-R though! So BRZ is my DD.

I came from trucks and bikes, to this car. My Nissan Titan stock has about 320HP and love the V8 in it. My bikes were top tier though. I had a 2009 CBR1000RR with a 220WHP engine that was made for competing on SBK...even though I never really raced the thing...it was fun humiliating the NOS nerds on their Hayabusa's though I also had a 2012 Aprilia RSV-4R with full Akrapovic titanium race exhaust good for about 170 WHP...slower than my CBR but the noise of that V4 is worth it, no other engine sounds as good as that thing did.

I'll be trading/selling the FR-S sometime, kinda hoping to get the new Alfa Romeo 4c when it drops.
