From a High HP Car to an 86? POLL!

Who stepped out of a significantly higher HP car into an 86? I came from a 360HP 550i. I know we have lots of former Mustang and such owners on here.

I came from (but still have) my FD RX7 to the FR-S. Love driving the FR-S so much more and am selling the RX7 this summer

I came from a 1997 honda civic DX - nothis special at all.

however; I do have a 2007 Honda CBR600RR that has a better power to weight ratio than a 458 italia or a GTR

I was cross shopping between M3, C63, IS-F, M6 and S4, after test driving all of those I chose the FR-S. The moment I sat in the FR-S I knew this was the car for me, never sat in a car this low and although not nearly as powerful, it gave me a sense of occasion. Making me feel like Senna in a NSX, heel-toeing in traffic and utilizing the full power band of the FA20

Heh, I think power to weight will be almost identical between my old car and my BRZ. Pretty sure my GTI makes ~180hp (and 175ish ft/lb) and weighs ~2900 lbs. BRZ makes more HP but less torque but also weighs a bit over a hundred pounds less. I imagine they'll feel pretty similar in a straight line?

Guess my GTI will probably thrash the BRZ up here at 5,000 feet though :P

I've owned many cars but my highest was my 800hp 94 Supra. I got out of that game and got into doing some road coarses instead. I bought a s2000 to get into it then after putting 60k hard miles on it, I decided to buy the FR-S as a dedicated track car.

Its not so bad, i had a high HP mr2, in the top category ..
i like the wooosh of boost power but.. there is something about the simpleness of NA that i also love. having to work it hard in the right gear always keeps me awake.
