According to AEM LINK to Series 2 page there are 12 injector drivers.

What's the plan for controlling both systems in the D4S? The stock setup is heavily dependent on DI (as @mad_sb has highlighted in the BRZEdit thread), but under certain conditions it uses SEFI.

I'm just curious what kind of structure you'll be adding to the AEM framework to accommodate this. Independent (parallel) fuel systems would work just fine, but that sounds like a bear to tune properly. If AEM allows you to add variables and build your own functions, it would be easy as cheese to recreate the factory blend (since the tables have been spoiled).

My car doesn't have direct injection at this time...There's plans in the future to retain it, but at this time its just port injection.

Thanks for the reply. The final solution sounds excellent. In the mean time, try not to blow anything up at the tuning session.
I don't know any standalone systems that support both, but there are a few diesel options that do DI though. LINK to BodyLogic

AEM makes a great kit for standard FI. Maybe the 12 drivers could be used for FI, early DI, and late DI on all 4 cylinders. Treat it like a V12 engine with 3 cylinders firing simultaneously with independent amounts. Not sure the table structure would allow for that. ECUTek is likely the best option until a standalone unit is developed.

I agree with the stock ecu options for the time being for 99% of people...especially on pump gas, retaining the DI system is important...This car is only being ran on E85 so i wasn't as concerned. The AEM's ability to log numerous sensors (ie backpressure etc) along with ease of use with racepak and other brand dashs made it appealing to me.

550...We will have a 750 option but it will require more trimming or the lightweight support i'll be fabbing within the next month

Everytime I think I settle on a turbo system, a new one comes out thats awesome. I like the twinscroll, it makes sense. (I also appreciate the alternate header placement on the turbine inlet, gonna make for smoother more consistant spool).

So, I saw the wastegates from Tial there in the first pics, but I don't see them on the car???

Will you offer recirc options?

We will have some more pics up tonite/tomo...

It's possible to recirc them but would be fairly expensive to do both with slip joints, etc.
