Just make sure it looks like the picture when you're finished.

Always. I write guys up for not tagging this thing out. The whole building hums on a cold start. I just put power to it. Had to do a full rewire. Someone f’d up and I had a massively unbalanced load. I got one side pulling 60 amps though. Everything else is only pulling 36.

When I was working for the scale company I had to go into a jerky plant to do an install on a 10k lb mixer. We were there at the same time as the sanitation crew. I watched one of the sanitation guys undo a 480 twist lock, spray water in it, and then reconnect it
I about shit my pants. Luckily they had the power off to the equipment in that sector for us to do work. Never did see that guy there again thankfully

Well, it wasn't a molehill.
I'm tempted to post the pic but I don't think the powers that be would approve lol.

"Yes, Dr., your computer works just like everyone else's does. You're not special enough we can defy the laws of physics for you." You know, that type of thing. I'd say it would take about 4 to 6 weeks of HR paperwork, which is about the amount of notice I'd give anyway, but much more entertaining.
