It was just a matter of time until we start hearing about scammers and stories such as this on this site. I'd say you've waited long enough on holding out on us. Do the community a favor and blast him/her already.

OP posted a thread claiming he had been scammed. When everyone jumped on his side, he withdrew his statement giving the 'scammer' the benefit of the doubt. Now everyone is upset that there is a scammer out there that is being protected.

What the OP should have done was ask for advice on how to handle this situation giving the seller's screen name from the beginning. People would then respond with advice in a non mob mentality. If anyone knew that seller and knew he/she was going through tough times and will respond, then we could get that info from the beginning.

Moral of the story; don't make accusations unless you are prepared to back them up. Don't protect those who are victims of your accusations. Finally, gather the facts first, proclaim accusations based on the facts, and be prepared to man up and face the ones you accuse. I do hope everything works out for the best.

I buy a lot of used items on this forum, sometimes sight unseen. I usually go to great lengths before making payment to confirm everything and have so far been lucky enough to receive everything I have ordered, within a reasonable time frame.

I would hate to be stuck in your shoes, @IgnitionGundam.

You guys are right. That's just the way I am. I'm a trusting guy. And the thing is after doing some internet detective work, talking to someone who actually met the person, I don't see any reason why this guy would try to scam me. But at the same time, that's just totally wrong in his end for doing this. I've already contacted the administrator and also set up a dispute with paypal. We'll see how it goes from there. Username is FRS-Chief. And to the guy who said I should be banned? what the hell dood?

So on 11-24-2013 @ 10:05 PM, FRS-Chief posted "sold".

Is he referring to you or someone else? Do you think it is possible that someone else bought the TRD exhaust at relatively the same time as you? So FRS-Chief received to purchases at the same time?
