No eye witnesses. Cops will not do a formal police report cause it was on a private parking lot. Already called insurance.
Estimate was $791 for new bumper (including everything) I still do not understand how this piece can be sold/installed like the one pictured if the bumper is one piece. How the hell does it get put on??? |

also the party backing up usually has a higher duty to maintain proper lookout |
