I've been waiting for over 60 days now and paid up front. Looks like I'm gonna have to cancel, but then at least I can get the Borla. The fact that the vendor isn't responding recently to posts has me worried. Called last week and was told they would probably start having them ready by last Friday 10/5. I'd say that if someone is still waiting for their header-back, they're way behind.....

In the headerback thread there are members stating that no catbacks will be produced until the headerbacks are finished, I assume for the initial orders. On the other hand, I saw one member in the thread post up a catback!
I guess the ETA for most is in a few weeks, but that's what it's been since August. Mo hasn't been on the forums in a couple months, and I haven't had time to call him during the week during business hours. White64Goat, I don't blame you for how you feel. I hope you don't have to cancel but I understand. I, too, paid up front. I'm going to continue waiting because I'd like to get what I paid for. It's a very nice exhaust system at a reasonable price. Mo seems like a good guy even though he went incommunicado. I'm still waiting for dynos, etc., too. |

What can I say....this system rocks. If you are still waiting, it's been worth the wait, no shit! What a huge difference. Nice deep rumble, not too loud, and does not sound like a ricer coffee can and when cruising on level ground with light throttle you know it's not the stock system but it's not intrusive at all. When you fire it up, it's so nice to HEAR the exhaust.I don't have a video camera, so I can't give you a video. Using a subjective scale where 1 is stock and 10 is open header, I'd say under full throttle it's 4.5 to 5.0 and at steady cruising maybe a 2.0 to 2.5. I really like this system. If you ordered one and don't have it yet, it will be worth the wait once you get it.

So I get a tracking number the other day (Tuesday) scheduled to arrive today. I am excite.
Yesterday, I arrive home and find the front entrance to my condo barricaded and concrete work underway. I am not so excite. Today I leave for work and find new concrete poured and covered in plastic, and still barricaded off. I am disappoint. Here I sit killing time on theChive, reddit, imgur and here, waiting until it's time to go pick up my packages from the local UPS distribution center. I am excite once again!

I think this is going to end up as one of those love/hate relationships.
Out of the box it's pretty damn loud but it sounds so good! Another thing is I can't get the tips to sit even. One side sticks out further than the other. Can't tell if defect or damage during shipping or piping isn't arranged right. Sigh.... |

That's exactly what I ended up doing this morning. I went to my friends shop and ordered new wraparound clamps, then started moving things around until I was satisfied. It's much better now. I'm sure there's a "best" way to orient the short pipe in such a way where everything just falls into place but its sitting how I want for now. I've put about 100 miles on it and its definitely become more civilized already. Sounds so damn good I wanna sex it! |

For those of you who already have your catbacks in and on, any subjective feelings about the power it might add?
Mo hasn't given us any dyno's yet so I'm left to speculate while I wait for "my precious." |

Also, for those folks who have installed theirs already, do you re-use the stock donut gasket or does SRT provide you with a new one?
