Apart from shell, there isn't any other gas station in Canada that has those. Rumours Say they're illegal. Sometimes I wedge my phone between the handle and pump and when it clicks, my phone drops (I got an otter box defender)

You shouldn't need to replace the actual Overpipe. You will need to drill OUT the bolt that is in place (due to heat). As for bolts, 14mm, I do remember going to the local hardware store to grab replacements. I think I was able to pull one out with adding WD40 and an impact gun, the 2nd bolt was being a PIA so we drilled it out.

Make sure to replace all gaskets with quality ones. I got the Grimmspeed pack.

It is indeed deemed dangerous (not necessarly illegal, but recommended agaisnt). More info here.

Have you seen those videos where people trigger fires while filling up with static shocks and then they proceed to pull the nuzzle out and spread gas + fire everywhere? Well, without locks that will never happen. Initial fire could still happen because of static, but most likely you will either let go of the nuzzle, or pull it from the car and let go of it, in both cases, the gas stops pumping, no more fuel for the fire, so all you get is a slightly burn gas cap.

I got oem gaskets brand new they're super cheap. Would the bolts withstand the heat though?

Got them off easily actually by soaking them with pb blaster, driving around for an hour then soaking them again and waiting for 15 minutes, they came off with no strength but I'm still worried about this

I haven't seen any issues so far, 5 track days and DD the car, I'm normally working on my car twice a month and I do a visual inspection each time.

Congrats on the new header!
I found alot of that "white" dried liquid stuff on my headers too. Not sure how long its been there or where it dripped from, but I didn't see any leaks from the engine/coolant.

Still trying to figure out what it is. I thought it might just be water condensation, but mine's is literally a long line of drip like something was poured down the side of the engine and dried on the headers.

It's on the bottom of the engine though it kinda looks like oil.

Thank you all for your help. Taking out the old header was a beeyyach! It wouldn't split between the overpipe and the header. So I gave up trying to pry the 2 out and took off the front pipe off the back back and slid it back. After that everything was a breeze.

The header sounds amazing! That burble is beautiful! It's a bit loud especially at cold start but it sounds so good. I do think I got a leak at the overpipe it sounds like air rushing. I put the ofh2 tune from the website that's made for those headers. It feels more free. It does smell a bit though.
