I see it a bunch of times. Try to use up all the fuel before pouring in fresh gas and that Shell lets me save 10 cents on per gallon on premium gas over 8 gallons a fill up.

So far the fuel mileage on this car has been one of my favorite things. I drove down to my parents' which is all highway for 280 miles but had a bit of stop and go traffic in a couple of spots, I still averaged 36 mpg. On the way back I got 40 with no traffic.

I get maybe 350 km's a tank now. That is 90% highway doing a few pulls each way to and from work lol.

Only have 4 tanks under my belt so far, just getting past the break-in mileage, and I've been kind of all over the place for economy, between 24-27mpg. I've found the car's average economy reading to be overly generous every time so far, sometimes by a whole mpg or two, and I was already in the habit of doing it myself using a trip meter, so we'll see if it ever syncs up with what I calculate. For now I don't trust it.
I also have a suspicion that the car was filled with regular (87 octane) when I took delivery, so I was careful with it until I ran the first tank down to fumes and put in a full tank of 93 (although we have 10% ethanol around here at virtually every station). Most of my driving lately has been local (mostly city), commuting (about 2/3 hwy, 1/3 city to work, mostly city coming back home to avoid traffic jams on the highway), and a little joyriding here and there that's anything but good for fuel economy. I've yet to get a chance to take it on a long highway jaunt where I can cruise, and with winter coming I'm sure I'll take a big economy hit, but since I have an automatic I think I'll end up doing pretty well for long highway trips when the weather gets nicer. Mid-30s from a sports car running premium fuel will be pretty awesome to see.

Been using this app for the past 6 fill ups or so. The average figure "should" be 100% (given you top the tank off) because you enter the odometer and price per gall/total with each entry.
The app boosts the average from the dash by about 6mpg though so I'm not sure which is more accurate.

After 10 months, the average is 10.48l/100km or 22.44mpg.
Keep in mind, 90% of my mileage consists of 10-15 minute drives in city traffic. |

10k miles and I am sitting at 25.3 mpg. I live in downtown Seattle so a lot of that is stop and go. Just did a trip to San Francisco and back which raised the average from 24.7 to 25.3 which gave me a glimpse into the life of someone not living in the city.

30+, no problem. That said, most of my driving is on 2-lane 80kph (50 mph) country roads, cruising at 55 mph-ish. In town or 65+mph really drops it.

I love going 40 or so on country roads. It just makes the gas mileage jump. My last take was 37.99 because I spent it driving an hour to my sister's house the thanksgiving weekend.
