Went to my dealership to have them register my new wheels and sensors I bought from Tirerack.

They were unable to do this, unfortunately.

I drove almost 40 minutes each way and was told they would need to have them break down the wheels and tires so that they could input the sensor #s to make them pair to my car. Was told it would cost $200+ to do this. I passed.

There's definitely a bit of NVH, but the rear end of the car feels more connected.
Sorry for stupid questions but what does the subframe bushing insert do? And what is NVH?

Thanks!

NVH is Noise, vibration, harshness. Usually the rule of thumb for more sport/track type of bushings, and other performance parts, the more rigid it is, the greater the increase will be from vibrations and noise from the road.

Subframe bushing inserts stiffen the car up and prevent body roll.

I did a stiffer engine mount in my last car and loved the shifting improvements. The extra NVH was absolutely there all the time but you get used to it. Overall if you can handle a little extra NVH, the trade-off is worth it. But if you are already like "shit i wish this car had less road noise" then absolutely do not upgrade any bushings or mounts. You have to remember that this car was a compromised build from day 1. They essentially set out to build the ultimate affordable, daily streetable, track car. So the bushings and engine mounts ect will be a bit softer, that compromise, between still good on the track but livable on the streets. Any full time track car will definitely have all of its mounts and bushings upgraded, which will make that car vibrate alot, MEGA NVH, but that stiffness translates into better handling at the limits on the track. So it's all personal choice in the end, how much NVH are you willing to risk and do you have enough seat time to justify such upgrades, as the gains on track time are usually not that significant. There is a balance, and I think Subaru/Toyota have knocked it out of the park in mostly stock form. The very basics need changing, like brake pads, fluid, tires, some minor suspension tuning. Anything further and you have compromised that daily driveability too far, IMHO as always. All of this also brings more attention to motorsports as a whole which is a rapidly growing industry.

I will be running the same size, wheels didn't arrive today so they should be here tomorrow and I can finally get my winter setup completed. Maxxis NP5-PS STUDDED is all I could get my hands on up here this late in the season. Hopefully I can do some frozen lake driving this next upcoming weekend.

The subframe bushing inserts stop the subframe from moving separately from the body. It helps stop wheelhop and also means the rear of the car feels a little more solid/connected when cornering hard. Easier to control slides and such. Has nothing to do with bodyroll.

NVH was explained a couple of times already. These mostly add noise and a little bit of harshness. Not loud, but do a lot of bushings and it adds up and some combos are worse than others and make the car unbearable.

Got the Motorola MA1 wireless adapter for Android Auto. Working perfectly with no loss in audio quality. Definitely recommend it, the cable coming out of the center was a massive pain in the ass.

Excuse the filthy screen, the car needs a good clean after the dirty winter months come closer to a finish.

I was able to order mine from Amazon. The pre orders for it were open very sporadically. It happened to be open when I looked at it so I snagged one. Target also appears to be selling them, but they went fast there too.
