I've upgraded my motor mounts so there's additional vibration in my car, and my phone mount connects to the speedometer gauge. The speedometer is not super snug/fixed in, not sure if the screws are loose or what but when I hold it down, the vibration mostly stops. This is what my current set up is, very short arms in comparison: https://imgur.com/a/ya14h5s So yeah, likely isolated to just me. |

Hit 500 miles. Turned off the 4000 rpm warning beep and let her rip.
Omg it was so satisfying. |

Did an icy snow time trial. And drove through mud without getting stuck. Mega fun.

Installed the cuzco gas pedal cover. After spending 30 seconds or so trying to unclip the electrical plug, I gave up and just let the pedal hang down unbolted. Wasn't too bad that way, but I feel like 5 or 10 years ago I wouldn't have had as much of a problem reaching that plug. Also, went to the car wash and rinsed off a crap ton of mud from yesterdays snow (ice) trial event (had to drive though a mud bog after each run to get back to staging).

Outfitted my BRZ for side jobs. Who says you can't fit a 5ft ladder in a proper sports car?

Technically did this yesterday, installed Whiteline's subframe bushing insert kit. Seems to fit fine even with the new swaybar mounting on the BRZ. It will definitely fit fine on the GR86.
There's definitely a bit of NVH, but the rear end of the car feels more connected. Trade offs!

Nope, never did them on my first gen. Never really had a problem with steering feel on my 1st gen, but the 2nd gen seems to have less steering feel so maybe I'll do those
