Is anyone running catch cans? I've never had a FI unit of any kind and not sure if it would catch anything on these.

I asked the same question, check out post number 3732, on page 170. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...39719&page=170

But the short answer I got was that it is not necessary.

I've had a bunch of FI cars, never ran a catch can. Definitely won't with this, especially seeing that you'll probably spend less than a minute or two a day under light boost.

Sorry to bother you Shiv I know you are busy on a lot of different projects.

You should take a vacation.

Cocoa Beach is beautiful this time of year. Come on down.
Right now, I'm in the process of revising all NA amps (gasoline and E85) for the next OTS map release (v1.60). So that is probably going to be all consuming for the next couple of weeks. Then I'm getting married on 5/5. So definitely a bit on my plate right now

Cheers,
shiv

Congrats shiv. Question for you... If we happen to increase the boost how will the current tune coop?

I'll save my congratulations until after the lady says "I do". Until then, sincerest best wishes that the day is everything the two of you hope it will be. (oh yeah, pics or it didn't happen)
Meanwhile, is v1.60 including the dedicated 93 octane maps?

It's hard to say. Really depends on how much boost and what kind of compressor efficiency. You can certainly try it and see how it works. If need be, we can adjust the fuel table to solve any lean/rich run condition.

Since you are about to go into crazy wedding mode soon. Any chance you can send me the 4 battery tune, so I don't bug you later.
