I threw my GT86 for those modifications last Tuesday (20th) :
- Change Belt HKS Ref 24996-AK032 because coded as 6PK2110
- Oil drain & Oil filter
- Buy new Ecutek 750cc injector
- Remove the original ones and install the new 750cc Injectors
- Swap 39 mm restrictor by a 43 mm restrictor
- Ecutek reprogrammation : Map and Graph

But 2 days later, GL Racing called me : HKSv2 Supercharger died before changing the restrictor.
The turbine didn't move anymore with engine swithed "on".

Sorry I have no photo and no video...

HKSv2 Kit life : 11 month
Km : near 25 000 km

I had in my planning
- Track Day Tuesday 27th Sept (already paid)
- GT86 Meeting Saturday 1srt Oct
- Track Day Sunday 2nd Oct. (already paid)
- Chika Japan (+1000 Japan Car) 15th Oct
- Drift Training 22 Oct (already paid)
- Drift Track Day 23 Oct (already paid)

I was fucked up

We sent the Supercharger to HKS for warranty Friday...
HKS answered quickly : "Yes"

So we had to changed our plan:
- Change Belt HKS Ref 24996-AK032 because coded as 6PK2110
- Oil drain & Oil filter
- Buy new Ecutek 750cc injector (I stored them)
- Replace the HKS Kit v2 that tuesday 27th Sept

We will test my car for few weeks now, before doing any further modifications.
I will try the 43 mm restrictor in November.

I do a very big THANKS to GL Racing that gave me in 4 days a new full HKS Kit V2.

I received too from www.togeishop.com from Japan,

- Fujitsubo exhaust seals
- 1 HKS air filter (futur feb 2017 change, it was discounted )

I took too from www.yakarouler.com :
- some copper grease (Bardahl)
- 4 x 5L 5w40 Oil discounted (as always Motul Xcess)

I pasted a week in a friend house (Lskadrill), we had 2 days to do all liquid maintenance/change and install his new Mishimoto Water Coller + Fan.

During my travel I visited a car shop with a lot of interesting stuff.
I bought too a 12V => 220V car adaptor that help to plug my computer with the Ecutek Kit on the car for long drive.

I bought a Meguiar's NXT too :

So I washed my muffler :

I first washed with a wet Microfiber...

Secondly, I washed with the NXT

After a little work with NXT ...

After that, I fucked up my aero Kit on a car park ... the left side skirt is cracked..

I ordered a new Zele Performance side skirt for Suruga Performance ...

After 2 month, I finally received my Zele parts last Friday.
I need to unmount mine but I ll be in travel that week, so I ll do that only next week.
After we will have to repair the body parts damaged and finally mount the new piece.
I will take you some photos...

Sunday I ve gone the a Drift Track Day. (see 2e post in that tread for a complete track list)

I took only 1 photo (more will come, maybe)

Next week, I have planned a complete maintenance of the car.

As said I finally installed :
- Ecutek 750cc injector
- swap to 43 mm restrictor
- ECU Tuned by GL Racing and Delicious Tuning because there is a problem in the injector transition : direct, indirect.

I had a problem on the first graph with DM Performance, so I had to do another one at MTR Motorsport.

So :
max 293.5 HP (269.6 WHP)
max 318 Nm

You can see that the end is not perfect. And I need to log the pressure. (I think 0.75 bar / 11 PSI)
I need to correct that but I occupied with some body repair that week.

chuss
