You might not be getting your calls or email answered all weekend due to the US holiday.

I also sent him a FedEx waybill charged to my account for pickup next Wed scheduled. I will report if it all arrives, more importantly the pulley, attachment bolts and spacer I cannot purchase separately.

I ordered a universal HKS blower same model# but different part# from a US vendor. I will confirm next week if the distributor has it in stock in the US, and if it is a direct fit, and/or what I might require for retrofit (eg drill holes ofr get a reconfigured inlet pipe made). Since nobody was returning calls or emails I ordered it from a vendor via PayPal and immediately emailed them that while I intend to purchase it please confirm these details before processing order.

Another very expensive option I hope is not necessary is to buy a whole new kit at $3600 US +++
Shame as I just ordered a Hks kit not so long ago, I think I will take back my order and go greddy as a alternative.

Poor service from Hks and its affiliates.

Kazuya, its a good kit and none of this is the fault of HKS.

Only fault with them is the master distributor provided little/no info, there doesn't seem to be rebuilders who are familiar or get repair parts, and a lot of parts aren't currently available for purchase. For example the traction oil filter which is a consumable, out of stock at master distributor. Also their traction oil which supposedly cannot ne substituted is 2-3X the price of Rotrex. I ended up buying a Rotrex filter which is identical, and is actually a transmission oil filter.

The quality of their products looks to be quite good, the support is terrible.

Final update: I received the blower today almost completely disassembled and with a broken bolt stuck in the pulley backing plate. I sent John this text::

"I received the unit. You might want to inform clients of a fee to inspect up front whether its fixable or not o avoid issues. I compromised on payment to be reasonable as I have a slightly smaller pulley and max boost restrictor plate* but Onpoint would have needed to recalibrate the tune. Cost difference would have been negligible
I will update my thread as to our eventual resolution."
No need to rehash the name calling.
