You might not be getting your calls or email answered all weekend due to the US holiday.

Kazuya, its a good kit and none of this is the fault of HKS.
Only fault with them is the master distributor provided little/no info, there doesn't seem to be rebuilders who are familiar or get repair parts, and a lot of parts aren't currently available for purchase. For example the traction oil filter which is a consumable, out of stock at master distributor. Also their traction oil which supposedly cannot ne substituted is 2-3X the price of Rotrex. I ended up buying a Rotrex filter which is identical, and is actually a transmission oil filter. The quality of their products looks to be quite good, the support is terrible.

Final update: I received the blower today almost completely disassembled and with a broken bolt stuck in the pulley backing plate. I sent John this text::
"I received the unit. You might want to inform clients of a fee to inspect up front whether its fixable or not o avoid issues. I compromised on payment to be reasonable as I have a slightly smaller pulley and max boost restrictor plate* but Onpoint would have needed to recalibrate the tune. Cost difference would have been negligible I will update my thread as to our eventual resolution." No need to rehash the name calling.
