Once you get that straightened out, try going to Belleville Toyota for service/warranty work. I got the FR-S through them back in 2012 and they have been great. I do my own maintenance, but they have looked after a few warranty issues, and do the programming for my TPMS each spring and fall. I buy my parts/oil/filters there as well. Some time late this spring/early summer they are officially getting the Scion brand added to their dealership.

Good afternoon Lorico,

We'd like to thank you for coming in to the dealership for the work and hope you were satisfied with the service.

We're very happy to see that service team painted the trunk along with the door. Hopefully our service team has redeemed themselves with this visit. Again thank you.

The paint on the door and the trunk look good, but driving 500km to get service would not ease my frustration. I know i may have some bad luck but my car came back with a broken window trim Its no big deal, but it is when I'm spending this much money, km, and time....

I even asked the scion manager to paint my new TRD spoiler for all the inconvenience, and you guys couldn't even cover that. As a customer with 4 toyota's from the same dealership, this is embarrassing.

That could be a bigger deal than you think! I for one would not want water sitting in there.
These are the nagging sort of issues that made me leave Mitsubishi after many years and 7 vehicles.
