What does flash and go EcuTeK tunes mean? Is it like a remote or etune where logs and maps get sent back and forth or have you already developed maps for various FI setups?

Thanks. I think I'm interested to get off the base map that came with my kit.

Like tut said, Prime motoring is right over the bridge.

Thanks. Ecutek lists a number of tuners in range of where I am; Prime isn't one of them. I was really asking about the terminology. Haven't seen "flash and go" before.

Sorry for the poor grammer. We have developed maps for ANY application. So we have a solid base map that will work on any application designed around Speed Density. So drop in one of the map sensors we recommend and you are good to go.

Depending on the power level you are at we can tune your car on STOCK injectors to about 11-12 pounds of boost on E85. If you are planning on running 91-94 octane only then you will not run out of fuel on stock injectors. Saves you a little money by not needing to upgrade injectors and allows you to have a perfect startup and idle.

Cheers,

"Flash and Go" is something we coined for our Speed Density maps. Literally drop it in and drive. Yes we can perform tweaks (custom tune) but the base Speed Density map we created is fairly robust and will make good power right out of the box.
