There's been word that they will indeed start dropping soon (although probably not back to "normal"). Seems the power outage at the socal refinery was the last straw in a pile-up of events that worked together to ultimately cause the spike, and they are back to full capacity.

Move to Norcal, it's better in the Bay :P

By the way, Beijing (and the rest of northern ish China) has brown skies primarily because dust blowing from the Gobi desert :O

E70 is still considered an "E85" blend. But ya, I get what you're saying. But regular fuels cannot be sold to exceed 10% ethanol content. Not even in Cali.
