I'm in for a group buy. I don't mind paying 5 for the spoiler painted.

I bought a factory style lip spoiler for my last car, Lancer GTS, it was $130 shipped color matched from spoiler express or something. It mounted perfect and perfect color match. pricing will come down on this stuff just not sure when. Probably when these bigger companies start making them. I'm looking for something subtle in the 300-$350 range painted and shipped.

They sell them in all kinds of lengths. You just need to measure the trunk line.
I actually ordered a blank lip spoiler and roof spoiler from this company. When it arrives I will modify it to fit the car, then have it painted. We'll see how it turns out.

Drawing on my 20yr rusty japanese, the 4th item from the bottom of the price list says ToRaNKu RiPu SuPoiRa = Trunk Lip Spoiler, which is listed as = 29,400 Yen or ~375US.

The 3rd item from the bottom also says ToRaNKu RiPu SuPoiRa = Trunk Lip Spoiler, then 'KaRa-Bo', which I'm blanking on, and is listed at 39,000 Yen, or around $508 US. Edit. "KaRaDo", not KaRaBo, which I'm betting = Colored/Pre-Painted, given that it's used in other line items as well to distinguish between otherwise identical items w/ different prices.

Hope this helps.
Can you decipher any of the text next to the "Sportdesign Rear Fender Garnish"? Are those supposed to serve some kind of purpose?

Well, I was going to say no, cause it had all those ideograms, but when I went to look, Chrome offered to translate it. So, for what it's worth:

"And appropriate aesthetics and rear tire size light weight sport claiming to
be released in order to secure a large allowable even a little, "rear fender
garnish. " Delivers a wide 7mm each of the left and right fixed genuine
safety standards at two services, it further reinforced with double-sided tape and the entire clip
is the specification of adaptation. At the same time it looks just like a European super sports
enjoy. * 4 * Be sure to refer to the lower notes."

While not as subtle as the Grazio, I think the Doall Circuit Spec Tune rear lip qualifies, and might appeal to some: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...2&postcount=72.

OK, well I learned that the cheap eBay solution is NOT a solution. The components arrived and although it is flexible rubber material, it can only flex across the horizontal plane and would only work for a gently curved trunk. Since the FR-S trunk has a serious compound curve the material will not bend in two directions without warping. Bummer.

The roof spoiler has the same issue. The top corners of the FR-S rear glass has an angled design element that the material just can't compensate for.

Well, $100 down the drain!

Did you try and heat it?

The one I had on my M45 was quite soft, bent like a snake.

Bummer... Will they take it back since you didn't/couldn't install it?

They gave me a 50% refund. I am pretty sure that this material isn't going to contour to the sharp angles of the FR-S trunk line, but I'll try applying heat.

Not sure it would work but if you had nothing to do with it I was just curious.

It was an experiment, and I'll try to make it work. Who knows, just maybe....
