Update: the pedal dance seems to best work when the engine is relatively warmed up.
No matter how many times I try with a cold start, the traction controls won't want to turn off. |

I haven't had any issues with it comming back on, other than the light that tells you that you lost grip.
I also noticed that you can't have TC fully off and VSC in sport mode. If you turn TC off (5sec) the hit VSC it will kick the TC back as if you only pushed the button. I was at a high speed autocross and all I did was hold my TC for 5sec to get both off lights. After that I could but the rear of the car wherever I wanted it, and I have some slides going faster that 30mph

I have had NO troubles with holding down the TRAC button until the lights turn on. It can be done at any speed.
Here's a video of my sliding the car with no electronic intervention: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Jw2_Krx_1g"]7/1/12 OVR SOLO (BRZ Drift) - YouTube[/ame] |

The ECU sends ABS pulses to the loaded rear wheel in this situation even with all electronic aids turned off. That is what people are talking about when they see the extra slip light flash and feel the car only reach a certain slip angle. I have followed the 'auto LSD disable' feature that 086A posted and it seems to work. Most guys pushing these cars on the track are either pulling the ABS fuse or using a VSC cut like this in order to disable it without impacting ABS. http://www.autofactory.jp/product/to...?mode=s&seq=14

It fully disables for me on track without doing anything beyond holding the tc button down for 5 seconds.
