Yeah, I was having trouble repeating the results.
I went over the procedure again last night.
Start the car with the e-brake ON first.
It worked for me and I was able to repeat it twice in a row.

Update: the pedal dance seems to best work when the engine is relatively warmed up.
No matter how many times I try with a cold start, the traction controls won't want to turn off.

I haven't had any issues with it comming back on, other than the light that tells you that you lost grip.
I also noticed that you can't have TC fully off and VSC in sport mode. If you turn TC off (5sec) the hit VSC it will kick the TC back as if you only pushed the button.
I was at a high speed autocross and all I did was hold my TC for 5sec to get both off lights.
After that I could but the rear of the car wherever I wanted it, and I have some slides going faster that 30mph

I have had NO troubles with holding down the TRAC button until the lights turn on. It can be done at any speed.

Here's a video of my sliding the car with no electronic intervention:

This is what I found after researching the repair manual to turn off VSC, TRAC, and Auto LSD.

What you need to do is put the vehicle in "inspection mode". This mode is recommended for diagnosing safely on a dyno. (Per the repair manual).

I later found out this was called the "pedal dance" by some fellow Lexus friends I have.

Now how to do the so called pedal dance,

First of all, "the disclaimer" Myself and the manufacture WILL NOT take any responsibility for STUPID things you do while in inspection mode. Plus, I am sure the EDR is watching....

These next steps need to be completed within 30sec. So it may take you a few times to get it right. It did for me, but I can't dance so go figure...... Hehe!

Step 1: eng. off in neutral on MT, park on AT, parking brake off on flat ground.

Step 2: start engine apply the parking brake (leave on)

Step 3: depress the brake pedal twice and hold down on the third.

Step 4: while still holding the brake pedal, release and apply the parking brake twice.

Step 5: with the parking brake still applied depress the brake pedal twice. The VSC and TRAC lights should illuminate. (BTW ABS is still active)

Shutting off the ignition and back on will reset it back to normal.

Have some SAFE fun without the auto LSD slowing your exit out of a turn!

it only worked for me when the car is warmed up.. also i started with the ebrake on..

but dont get me wrong isnt this the same as holding the trc button for 10 secs?

You are the one trolling. In multiple threads I've seen you chip in advising people on things you don't know about.

The ECU sends ABS pulses to the loaded rear wheel in this situation even with all electronic aids turned off. That is what people are talking about when they see the extra slip light flash and feel the car only reach a certain slip angle.

I have followed the 'auto LSD disable' feature that 086A posted and it seems to work. Most guys pushing these cars on the track are either pulling the ABS fuse or using a VSC cut like this in order to disable it without impacting ABS.

Which wheel does it apply brakes to for the "auto LSD"? I would think that if it's applying brakes to the inside wheel (if it was lifting) it would actually be helpful in putting power down on corner exits since it would be sending power to the outside wheel still instead of unloading the inside wheel?

It fully disables for me on track without doing anything beyond holding the tc button down for 5 seconds.

yes, i don't know anything about turning TC and VCS off as instructed in the manual and then going wild at an autocross/track without any problems.
