You're welcome! I plan to do this for the Vortech and Jackson Racing threads as well.

I have updated the original post based on the clarifications by kit owners.

Unless you have a heavy foot since installing the SC, in theory your fuel consumption should not change much under normal driving.
I'm getting better consumption since installation and in fact run less than most stock 86 in my area.
By the above that's driving conservatively and changing gear when the car indicates.
21 mpg normal driving = 7.5L/100km
30 mpg harsh driving. = 13 L/100km
Hope I got my conversion correct

If I go by my display, on a mixture of driving NA I managed an average of 40-44mpg. Now I get 32-34 mpg. Thats UK temperature and roads etc.

I'm in south Texas so weather is pretty mild this time of year. I can fill my car up, drive to my woman's house which is 13 miles away (highway miles) then drive back to my house, not getting on the throttle at all, and be close to 3/4 of a tank.....it might be 30 miles total drive. I don't know why my mileage sucks so bad.

That's using the imperial gallon. In US gallons that's 33.3 - 36.6 mpg.

In the middle of installing - did everyone have to remove the fuel hard line on the drivers side? The instructions don't mention needing to remove this. Wondering if there's another way.

Yes, I couldn't remove the cover without doing this.

Can anyone tell me what the small plastic hose is that goes from the back of the supercharger to the bottom of the throttle body intake, just past the butterfly? Had a small problem during the install and this line snapped the plastic - wondering what its purpose is - can't find any schematics on it at all.

Its the small clear plastic tube that was pre installed on the blower. It snapped right at the point the tube has a plastic elbow into a circular plastic piece.

Hate to brake it to you. But that's the pneumatic cylinder for the bypass valve. You might as well take the blower back off and return to stock because you aren't running with that broken. Probably need a new one. That black round thing attached to the manifold just past the butterfly.

An entire blower? Was looking to see if they have a sub assembly that can be replaced. Not good.

It's a standard eaton type actuator. You can probably get one from Innovate, if not then search around. One of the guys here used a buick one to do a custom WMI bypass. Not the end of the world, but definitely no road trips until that's fixed.
