Fenter and Harvey lead the Lincoln Pro solo right now, and Harvey especially is killing all the twins in '60 fit times.

Ogburn III is in third, and Manfred in 4th.

Manfred is the only twin driver remotely close to the NC Miata on 60' times. What is your launching RPM and strategy, and what do you think of the Rival-S tires? Which size did you go with? Good luck this weekend guys.

A good alignment guy who will actually loosen everything (including the top hat), then lean hard on the tire while it's tightened.

I was shocked when he was able to get that much out of the struts w/inserts.

Did that on mine as well and clearly not near 2 degrees :/ And we used the biggest fat man we could find to lean on it all.

I loosened everything and jacked the hub up before torquing everything down. Nowhere near 2 degrees.

Perhaps try an alignment shop with experience in setting up alignments for racing applications? It took the tech 15 minutes, and he barely put any effort into it. I explained to the tech that I replaced one of the strut bolts with a smaller bolt which allowed for the "loosen n push" technique. He then asked about camber plates n other suspension pieces n i told him nope, just loosen n push...once I explained this process they didn't need any further explanation..15 minutes later he had the camber at -2.6 and I told him to bring it down to -2ish.

I figured if I didn't explain the idea behind "getting more camber up front while staying c street legal" was neccessary unless this guy was autocrossing an 86 in c street.

The shop that did my alignment does nothing but autox cars. -2.6 ? Bullshit, not on the factory camber bolts unless you are using something else.

I'd protest that just to find out how to do it to mine :-)

The Koni full replacements allow too much camber up front. If you are using the full Koni struts along with the smaller camber bolts maxed out, you will have an illegal amount of front camber. I'd say over 2.5 degrees is easily possible. I personally wouldn't have a problem with someone using the replacements as long as they keep the camber where it's possible with OEM struts (1.5 or less).

Looks like most of the BFG drivers went with 245/40, and the Bridgestones seem to be split pretty evenly between 225/45 and 245/40. Most Scions are on the TRD springs and bars.
