You'll want to run Stage 1 with those minimal mods. Just select that in the map selection screen (the turns will auto generate during the installation process). Have fun!

Thanks....I fixed the problem.

Update: just flashed the new tune and took for a quick drive...wow at around 4k rpm it suddenly brought back memories of my old Type-R (although didn't sound as sweet). There was definitely an improvement overall and made the driving experience better, but just don't expect a huge surge in power. It really should have come from factory like this!

Not really sure how to describe best, but the change in engine note when it hits 4000 rpm is a little "buzzy"....like the sound you'd get when you have a loose heat shield resonating at certain rpm. I'm guessing this is normal? I guess I was expecting a kind of deeper induction type sound instead....but anyone else think the same?

I can't hear any difference due to my UEL catless header. Just get one of those and your problem is solved

I just received mine yesterday. Is it reasonable to assume it has the latest files or should I check for updates?

They apparently attribute this to valvetrain resonance due to a drastic change in VVT. Apparently it's harmless. With the Stg 2 tune (And an aftermarket header) it goes away because supposedly the aggressive cam timing isn't needed to get rid of the torque dip.

In essence, it's normal on any stock car with a tune.

Check the outbound shipping date against when they released the newest tune. I think you should be fine though, 1.5x has been out for a few weeks.
