I'm all for wide bodies but this guy takes the cake for ruining a good thing. Man he killed the lines of the car so bad the damn car looks like a tractor now. To each their own I suppose. I sure hope he has a 1200hp lsx or 2jz to make use of that 18x16 lol. Bananas!

I spent a good part of the 70s trying to get the biggest wheels/tires on the back and the smallest on the front that I possibly could. Not to mention a 12"+ raise in the rear and a 3" drop in the front to make it even more aggressive. Did not care about handling as I only needed to go fast in a straight line anyway.
Like KR-S said it really was the thing to do once upon a time and survives in some of the retro hot rod gang to this day.
