Darren - I manage a large steel plant. Free is easy. Give me a call and tell me what your looking for and consider it done. We deal in heavier stuff and it would be flame cut. I would have them sand blast it so it would rust evenly.

Well - if you are planning to let it rust, why not have some one make it with a plasma cutter?
it would probably be cheap or free because it would not take long to do if you had the steel and the stencil... and the fact that the cuts are melted i think it would go along with your rusted look. |
