XP8's done after 2 trackdays, should I upgrade?

carbotech are great but longevity is a problem, changing rotors to aftermarket may help you a bit, but personally I just went with the big brake kit solution, we'll see if that helps on consumable.

Do you have any datalogs or videos? I'd bet you might be getting a hint of ABS here and there, which contributes dramatically to brake pad wear.

yes I think I actually ran one day without the pedal dance and that really killed them. My parking brake switch was disconnected and I could not do the pedal dance...

i learned my lesson. I bought a new set of XP12 (from @CSG) for my AP RACING kit we'll see how it goes.
