Check for your manual for all the details you need to have your car towed.

Yes that tool is missing from the car. Toe hook. The other tools are there. I'm thinking about filing complain to head office.

Update: they are replacing the throttle body which will one week+ to get the parts they need. They gave me a rental but I'm really not satisfied with they way things going.

When I got my car, my tow hook wasn't in the trunk, it was in the floor mat bag along with my front plate bracket and summer mats. Worth a check

Also, don't know why you're not satisfied with how they've reacted to this situation. Guess what, they don't stock every single part in the service department. You're getting a rental, free of charge. I had a problem where on downshifts (in an AT) the car wouldn't rev match all the time, and when you downshift into the first, the rear wheels would lock up. The first visit to the dealership, they said they couldn't find a problem. I picked my car up, got a video of it happening, sent it to the dealership and they escalated it up to Scion/Toyota Canada for me. Sometimes you need to get the ball rolling and not sulk like a child.

They don't stock most of the parts for this car (it's limited production). I'm still waiting on some rear endlink nuts from Toyota and it's been over 2 weeks. They have to come directly from Subaru in Japan. Everytime I order a part for this car with Toyota, it comes with the Toyota label slapped right on top of the Subaru label.

I also ordered the same bunch of nuts and bolts (for my rear suspension) from Subaru and I got them in 4 days. Still waiting on some nuts for my front shock tower (almost 2 weeks but it could take 3 weeks).

Just be glad warranty pulled thru for you, that's not always the case these days.
