Just try Chevron it has definitely helped mine out. The idle in these cars are fairly rough so I wouldn't worry too much on that.

I think an aftermarket intake can affect MAF scaling, which may affect your idle. I wouldn't be the one to ask if that is 100% the case. One more reason to get a tune though. An exhaust shouldn't affect this at all.

Some have found that adding 2-cycle oil to the gas can make the chirps much less of an issue, supposedly but adding lubrication to the high pressure fuel pump:

Chirps:
Just stop. They are not harmful, but with the rate of their discussion on this forum you would think it gonna kill the last known bison.
Dont try switching between 900 different gas stations, don't add bs/garbage/additives to the fuel, dont participate in voodoo, do drugs or replace every part trying to make it go away.
Just live with them. They are here to stay.

Low Idle:
Common issue. If they dealer will flash the computer to see if that helps. If they won't /it doesnt help, pickup an openflash tablet. They have "canned" tunes that you can choose based on your mods, and should help the idle issue.

Final note: Intakes don't seem to play real well with the car since most of them mess with the MAF readings, so that could contribute to hesitation/running issues. Catback won't effect anything, other than making you sound cool (good thing).

My car idles like, uhm, a car that idles perfectly. I do have the OFT, and my current tune is based of the latest ROM (B01D) IIRC. The rough idle issue was addressed several ROM editions ago.

OP, go to the dealer, tell them you have the rough idle issue and would like the latest tune. If they won't do it, ask around and see if any of your fellow owners have ROMRaider or an OFT. They can flash the latest stock tune for you.

ROMRaider

ROMRaider
Someone else with an OFT can't use it to just flash a tune to another car.

Idle, dunno. DO you have any sort of software tune in your car? If not, asking for the latest ROM might be helpful.
I don't know if it's harmful but Toyota specifically does not recommend high ethanol percentage fuels. Just saying.
Unless yours has been modded, then drive on son.

EDIT: Whhops, didn't read the other comments/ Ignore this one.
