It fits well and looks great. The jl shroud on the back looks really nice. I have it secured with velcro and have never had it slide even with tail spinning turns. As far as sound goes at lower volume it disappears a little bit. This can depend on head unit setting, for example loudness on pioneers and Alpine, and other subs can do the same, but it seemed worth mentioning. Otherwise, it provides clean sq oriented bass but will not slam your chest or piss off your neighborhood.
