It's absolutely not normal.

Have them fix it immediately; it's just a SINGLE adjustment, that should take 2 tries at most with an experienced tech. Quick adjustment, test drive, final adjustment, test drive, done. Under 10 minutes total.

Yup, actually pretty common mistep with techs that aren't seasoned with suspension work. Shadetree mechanics can find themselves doing the same thing working at home on their suspension with a jack.

Thanks for the input guys. Will try my best to get a refund on this. Something just ain't right.

On the bright side, I have decided to switch to a quality route within my budget and have gotten myself a set of Konis and now am deciding between Swifts or RCEs. Hopefully this will perform better than this set of cheap-ish coils

Did they check tire pressures before starting the work? Believe it or not, inconsistent tire pressures can pull your car to one side.
