It's absolutely not normal.
Have them fix it immediately; it's just a SINGLE adjustment, that should take 2 tries at most with an experienced tech. Quick adjustment, test drive, final adjustment, test drive, done. Under 10 minutes total. |

Thanks for the input guys. Will try my best to get a refund on this. Something just ain't right.
On the bright side, I have decided to switch to a quality route within my budget and have gotten myself a set of Konis and now am deciding between Swifts or RCEs. Hopefully this will perform better than this set of cheap-ish coils |

Did they check tire pressures before starting the work? Believe it or not, inconsistent tire pressures can pull your car to one side.
