Just do it... You're going to spend that money on a exhaust or CAI that doesn't nearly achieve the satisfaction of a tune. Especially a device that will let you continue to tune.
Buy it, and enjoy it, you'll be happy guaranteed! |

I have to say, I have spent a lot of cash in mods, over 1000 in audio, and the OFT was the best value spend for me.

I have to admit that with the previous tune, I was underwhelmed. To the point where there were days when I wondered if what I was getting was a placebo effect.
I have no such doubts about this release. I don't know what the big change was to go from 1.xx to 2.xx, but it was worth it. I drive an automatic and now when I pull out onto a main drag in a hurry the tires spin and the nannies go nuts, even with buttons set for "fun". I'm going to have to relearn my car.

I'm on stage 1 - 93 octane. The OFT has very much transformed the engine in my opinion. I got it not too long ago and only drove on the version 1.59 for about 2 days before 2.0 came out. The engine revs so smoothly and the car feels a good bit faster. I highly recommend the OFT, even without seeing any dyno charts. My MPG also went up 3-4 MPG even with more aggressive accelerating than before, it's amazing!

What I really can't believe is how much low end torque the car has now. I can accelerate at 35 mph in 6th. Pretty sure I couldn't do that before

I'm really happy you guys like the new maps. We really spent a lot of time on developing/testing them. So it's nice to see the hard work paid off!

You'll want 91. You can use higher octane, but never lower.

If I can find a cheap dyno day I'll get them, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.

You can look at the 1.59 (?) dyno runs on a stock vs. OFT tune. The differences between the previous and current version shouldn't be all the different overall. Get the OFT already.
