GVWR is not what the car weighs, it's the max gross weight allowed. The car weighs about 2760 lb with a full fuel tank, no occupants.

You don't need pyrometer readings to set your street pressure.

If you think the spec 35 cold is too high and prefer it down around 30, fine, but 35 cold on the street shouldn't feel like you're on marbles...

GVWR = Basically, this is the maximum permissible weight of the car in use. It includes anything and everything that might be in and/or on the car. It does not include trailer hitch weight.

Curb Weight = Weight of car with all fluids, full fuel load, and the weight of any option expected to be in more than 33% of vehicles sold. Note: This is a US standard, and curb weight may be calculated differently in other parts of the world (e.g., in the EU, an assumed driver weight of 75kg is included).

Bottom line: If you want to know what a car weighs, you put it on a scale.
