Now, I am a bit interested in there coils. X_X Anyhow, i'll buy them next week and let someone else drive the car and see if they can feel the difference.

God I hope the roll cage wasn't anything like the death trap they marketed on the BRZ/FRS FB group. It lasted about 20 minutes through tons of people pointing out that this thing would be a death trap in any crash and provided absolutely no protection along with being a HUGE liability to the company. Their product page for that one was unsurprisingly removed from their website. They seem to make a lot of purely cosmetic items.

Wow, "death trap" could you send me that link I wanna read what people had to say.

I did some research on the company I didn't want to just throw my money away. I read up some of the people's review on the coils and they were great (on there facebook page). You would think if there products were junk, they would be out of business right? They actually are changing the focus on there company/ I copied and pasted this from there main website.

“As Godspeed Project kept growing over the years, we have found more and more opportunities to improve our products. Today, Godspeed project are pleased to announce that we have decided to change the focus of the company. Starting April, 1 2014, Godspeed project will no longer produce any non-suspension related products. We will only specialize in suspension development such as coil-over systems, sway bars, control arms, camber kits and suspension related product. Our new R&D department will work closely with different high standard manufactures. We will choose the highest quality materials in all of our products. We are confident that with the change of our company direction we will be able to provide the car enthusiasts community ever better quality and well designed performance parts. We will also prove the community that with Godspeed Project's products, you do not just get what you asked for, it is that plus some more. That is what we strive for."

Anyhow, i'll let you guys know what is up when I get this baby installed.

The FB post was removed and it was removed from their website. If you Google Godspeed brz roll cage you can probably get a cached page. It was definitely the most irresponsible product I've ever seen a company try to market for this platform.

I'm not finding it, but pictures of their other rollcages are scary as hell. If they think those are good products, I'd be leery about putting any of their stuff on my car.

Look at the attachment points.

It was a very similar design. Between that and tow hooks of theirs falling off on track, I would never trust anything if theirs that isn't purely cosmetic.

That's a roll cage?! It looks more like the metal framing for a seat

I get your point but on the other hand, you have to understand how any company that markets the monstrosity above as a safety product, kind of brings that bashing on themselves. Any company that markets that, I don't trust their judgement on anything else.

Update: I only installed the rear to shiz and giggles. I am a drifter. I can personally feel in sucking me into the corner easier. X_X

But I need to install the front to get my balance back to normal. Hopefully. Install was easy. I even made a quick DIY video here.

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1K7H-VjBwQ4"]How to install rear sway bar BRZ FRS GT86 - YouTube[/ame]

I am happy that the mod was affordable and it was a noticeable change unlike a tower bar which does not change any feel at all.

I'll let you know when I install the front.

I'll pass, nothing wrong with the OEM swaybars and honestly, a good set of coilovers will do more for the roll moment than anything else.

If anyone is interested in going "fast" pay attention to some of the truly fast cars, they don't use anything other than stock swaybars, slideways folks as well. There is such a thing as "too stiff".

Sorry for bumping old thread

I had godspeed RUCAs on my S12 Silvia with swapped s13 rear suspension. Ball joints died in 2 yrs. It was not my daily, I was going sideways on it during the summertime.
Friend of mine got complete set of upper rear arms from them for his 4drs Autech Nismo Skyline R33 (it's a R33 GTR in 4dr chassis) and he had same issue - RUCA's ball joints went dead in less than a year (this car was his daily and he was pitting a lot of mileage into it).
I would say: do not buy anything that has moving parts from them.

Sphericals don't last forever. I come from a FD in which you need to replace all the spherical pieces after a while.

As for Godspeed, I ran them before and they handle well for the PRICE. Ken from Godspeed run them currently on his white civic and the car did a 1:55 at Buttonwillow.
