Subaru has a TSB on this issue. 12-152-13 is the bulletin number. Fix is installing new mounting bolts with thread locker.

When do you notice this lol...

Does it like vibrate in the wind or something? I has a first shipment BRZ and haven't notice anything with the mirrors and I have had it at some decent speed.

I had this on my passenger side mirror. Its easy to fix. You need to just take off the mirror (pop the black plastic off, remove the 2 10mm bolts), and tighten the bottom screw on the mirror housing. I fixed this when I installed my heated convex mirrors with turn signals.
