The Vantage is a much prettier car IMHO.
You said the BRZ is better looking. I disagree. the Maserati may not be as good looking as an aston, its still much better looking than the twins

I agree, actually.

Good thing, get replacement cost insurance and, when you want a new BRZ before the two year limit on the insurance comes up, start parking it with the key in it.

The Aston range is pretty unbeatable from a styling perspective. Can't wait to see what Callum does to the Jaguar XK replacement due soon , now the blue suits at Ford won't have their finger in the pie. The F Type is a stunner.

I dunno, that's going pretty far out on a limb. Maser makes a stylish car but the list of better looking cars is pretty long:

Alfa 8C (now that is a stunner, even if it is really just another Maserati), "Ferrari" 206/246 Dino, Aston Martin DB7,9,V8 Vantage, Virage (well any Callum influenced Aston really) F Type Jaguar, and of course the E Type.

The overlong, slightly pudgy Maserati is a long way down any list of "best looking cars". Close to the BRZ in fact, the only issue is: slightly better or slightly worse looking?

I agree. I still think the BRZ is slightly better looking than the Maserati, though. Also, at $25,000 I'm willing to be a little more tolerant of errant lines here and there. The Maserati has no excuse for it's goofy-looking bits: like the Ferarri or an Aston, it should be gorgeous all over.

I always thought it took a few cues from the DB9 - especially with the fender ganish "blades" and the 'mustache'. The dimensions are obviously not the same, with the Aston being heavier and larger, but still... or maybe I'm just stretching here... :

They all look the same, the classic lovable sports coupe shape, long nose and small rear windows. Even looks like a evolved celica.
