It's lighter, louder, and looks better (larger tips).

No doubt about the tips, but louder is only better if it sounds better as well, no?

It sounds great, but not for the faint of heart. It's really loud, but only in certain RPM ranges. Seems like about 2000-2300 and like 3500-3800.

It looks great in person, the tips are perfect and fit is great. Well worth the money if you want your car to sound as good as it looks.
