was a week for one ticket that i ended up closing because i had to get a hold of rich and now my current one is at 5 days. he's a busy dude though so understandable. just can't install my aftermarket wheel until i get a hold of him. they are awesome people though! really good at what they do! very happy with their products!

Waiting is not a problem for me. I know that John is super busy. I just want to know when to expect the tune to come since i have to make an appointment to get my SC installed. In this case, i have my friend to help me out with the installation and he is also a busy guy. So it is hard to ask him for a bare day.

kinda in your boat too. i want to install my aftermarket wheel, but can't do much without an updated tune from him. I also want to give him more money since i found an e85 station near me and I want to boost more. no replies on my ticket though.
